Clerkenwell Design Week 2022

Holmes Bespoke showcased for the first time at Clerkenwell Design Week, and what a great first experience we had!

Celebrating its 13th year, the award winning Clerkenwell Design Week returned to the thriving corner of East London this May. Home to more creative businesses and architects per square mile than anywhere else on the planet, we were thrilled to be exhibiting alongside over 300 leading UK and international brands in one of the most important design hubs in the world.

We were busily working behind the scenes creating fresh NEW Collections to showcase and were absolutely blown away with all the positive feedback received!

ABSTRACT COLLECTION
Our newest collection designed by layering hand drawn geometric shapes and line work inspired by the art of ancient mark making, made its debut at Clerkenwell Design Week 2022.

This series is made up of six different designs, each in two colour ways; warm vibrant brights and earthy nudes to suit any interior. Hand tufted in a combination of pure New Zealand wool and lustrous bamboo silk, using loop pile and carving techniques to create textural interest.

RECYCLED DENIM
Introducing our new enviromentally-friendly, Recycled Denim Collection. Contemporary designs, handwoven by our skilled artisans using 100% denim to create unique and one of a kind rugs and runners.

This sustainable yarn is created by collecting unwanted denim, which is washed, cut into thin strips, then sewn together and rolled up on spools. The new denim yarn is then woven by hand on our looms to create beautiful bespoke one of a kind pieces

Holmes Bespoke’s debut at Clerkenwell Design Week was a complete success and we are excited to confirm that we will be returning next year! We came away feeling inspired, surrounded by such talented and creative designers whom we hope to work with very soon!
