Our Commitment To Sustainability
Materials
Our rugs are crafted from 100% natural fibres, including wool, cotton, linen, hemp, jute and sustainably sourced bamboo. These fibres are biodegradable, low impact and responsibly sourced from certified suppliers. Each material is selected for its durability, comfort and environmental credentials, ensuring that beauty and sustainability in every piece.
Handmade
Every stage of production is done by hand: dyeing, spinning, weaving, trimming, washing, binding and packing. No automated shortcuts - just centuries-old artisanal techniques practiced with precision. Our hands-on process ensures we maintain control over quality, reduce energy use, and uphold the human touch in creating each unique, handcrafted rug.

This deliberate approach yields superior resilience and aesthetic integrity, so your piece remains beautiful for years—minimising replacement, reducing waste, and maximising value through time.
Reduce Waste
We design to minimise wastage at every phase. Our Shore Collection uses yarn made from 100% recycled plastic bottles, while our Denim Collection repurposes post-consumer denim fibres. Everything we do is made to order, and any residual yarn is reused in sampling. This zero-waste mindset underpins everything we do.
Parnerships
We partner with like-minded suppliers, artisans, and delivery services that share our commitment to ecological ethics. These alliances help us scale sustainable practices across the supply chain—from sourcing of raw fibres to final delivery. We audit partners regularly to ensure high standards in materials, labour, and environmental impact.
Climate Action
For every Glacier rug sold, we pledge to contribute to verified climate restoration projects. We also commit to measuring and offsetting carbon emissions along our supply chain.
